Ian has been a highly regarded and experienced member of our team since 2000. He provides Building Surveying Services and, in particular, advises many of our lender clients as an Independent Monitoring Surveyor. Ian’s expertise lies in appraising build costs pertaining to smaller and bespoke developments. He is also able to advise on neighbourly matters, especially those arising under the Party Wall etc., Act 1996.
