Andrew is a Chartered Building Surveyor who has been in practice since 2009. Qualifying as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2013, Andrew has been a key member of our team since 2017.
Andrew provides a full range of Building Surveying services covering both residential and commercial properties. Andrew specialises in carrying out Pre-Acquisition Surveys, Defect Analysis, Dilapidations and Project Work. He also advises on neighbourly matters such as those arising under the Party Wall etc., Act 1996.
Andrew also works closely with our lender clients as an Independent Monitoring Surveyor and appraises projects that range from refurbishment and extension schemes up to multi-plot projects with build costs up to £5 million.
