Jamie is an experienced Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer who has been practising since 1988. Qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1997, Jamie is a founding member of Bowen, which was formed in July 2000.
Throughout his many years in practice, Jamie has a wide range of experience in both valuation and building surveying services, latterly specialising in party walls and neighbourly matters in addition to his duties as a Registered Valuer.
Jamie is a member of the Pyramus and Thisbe Society, a Learned Society dedicated to improving the administration of the Party Wall etc., Act 1996 through education and discussion.
With over 35 years’ experience in valuing both residential and commercial property in Central London, Greater London and the Home Counties, Jamie specialises in assessing Freehold and Leasehold interests in houses, flats, shops, offices, developments and Houses in Multiple Occupation.
